I have over 15 years of experience working with adolescents, young adults, adults, and families. I incorporate facets of Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, and Mindfulness with a caring and compassionate approach. I completed my Undergraduate degree in Psychology at Alvernia University and my Master’s degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology at Chestnut Hill College. I am a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC).
